Feed the hungry in your community for days missed that you can't fast.
When someone cannot fast in Ramadan and can’t make up the lost days afterwards (for example, because of ill health or pregnancy), then they should pay (Fidya) for someone else to be fed.
Kaffarah is only paid if you miss or break a fast without a valid reason. The amount paid in fidya for each missed fast is equivalent to feeding one person. However, when paying kaffarah, the payment for each missed fast is the equivalent of feeding 60 people.
