The ASPIRE Helpline is a confidential phone and text support service for youth and adults experiencing emotional challenges, isolation, life difficulties, or moments of crisis.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, family concerns, financial stress, loneliness, or simply don’t know where to start, our trained peer supporters are here to listen and help you explore your options.
Our peer supporters provide:
You can reach out when you need someone to talk to. You can also end the conversation at any time and contact us again whenever you need support.
When you call or text the ASPIRE Helpline, you’ll be connected with a trained peer supporter — not a therapist.
They will listen to what you’re going through, help you talk through your concerns, and work with you to identify possible next steps.
Our peer supporters receive specialized training in active listening, de-escalation, mental health support, and culturally and spiritually grounded peer support.
Everyone’s situation is different. Our peer supporters provide compassionate listening and help connect you with resources that may fit your circumstances.
