This session breaks down how casework works in real situations. You see the process live, then take part in a guided group exercise to build a simple support plan. You leave with a clear view of the work and how you can get involved.

Abdirahman works with clients every week. He builds plans, tracks progress, and helps people move from crisis to stability. This session is based on the real steps caseworkers use.
