Beginner Class Yoga, with Lisa

This class is designed for anyone who wants participate in the practice of Yoga. Individuals will
be focused on learning the poses, developing skill in how to connect breath to movement
through aligning the body, building strength and flexibility; all which will lead to relaxation and
stress relief. Everyone is welcome. The request is for everyone participating to keep their mic
